What is life coaching?

A life coach works with you to identify challenges across all aspects of your life. They help you to work to overcome issues that may be getting in the way of your happiness, purpose and fulfilment.

All Very Well Coaching is led by Fiona Sweeting MCIPD, a certified coach with 30 years working with people in top UK organisations.

Fiona’s coaching is always bespoke to your life and your goals.

Fiona says: “There are 3 coaching packages to choose from, the Springboard, Evolve and Transform packages, ranging from 4 hours to 10 hours of coaching. Usually we’ll work in 1 hour sessions over a number of weeks to help you make real progress in your life and wellbeing.

My clients find it helpful to have time in between each session to reflect and work on ideas, ready for the next stage. 

After that, we can decide whether further sessions are needed, depending on the complexity of the issues we discuss.”

Coaching packages.

All the packages below can be either face to face or over Zoom to suit you, or a mixture.  We can add additional hours where needed.

Find your confidence and let go of limitations. Our starter package includes 4-hours of coaching to enable you to: 

  • Get unstuck and reboot your thinking

  • Address your confidence issues 

  • Clear out limiting beliefs and negative thoughts so you can start moving forward again with your life

This package is for you if you want to give coaching a try or if you have a specific small (ish) issue you need to iron out, at work or in general. 

What you get:

x4 HOURS spread over 1 month (or half a day intensive). Includes a 2-hour initial session and 2 x 1-hour follow up sessions.

The aim of this work is to unhook you from everything that’s holding you back and help you decide exactly what you want for your future and how you’re going to get it.

What you get:

x6 HOURS in one half-day (3-hours) followed up with one-hour follow up sessions over 6-8 weeks.

A whole life revamp!

If you’re serious about change and want to become your best, most confident and authentic self then this is the package for you.  

We start with a half day (3-hour) face to face coaching session (or this can be done on Zoom) either here in Yorkshire (or I can travel to London to meet you). Then follow up with 7 additional one-hour sessions (on Zoom or face to face) to really help you nail your goals and move beyond your limiting thinking.

This takes you through the entire coaching process so that your life, your work and your relationships are truly transformed.

What you get:

x10 HOURS (split over several sessions) usually taking 3-4 months.

 

FAQs

How much does each package cost?

All prices are on application; this helps us to assess which programme is most suitable for your needs and give you the best value! I offer a FREE 30 minute consultation to get you started and make sure we’re right for each other! Please just email fiona@allverywell.co.uk to book in.

What’s expected of me?

As your coach, I ask that you attend your session on time, be focused on the session and be as open and honest as you can. Anything you say will be strictly confidential (unless there are legal or safeguarding issues), without judgement. The more open and honest you can be, the more progress we can make towards your dream life!

I’m too busy! How do I make time for coaching?

You might find yourself asking these questions: Do I really need this?  –  aren’t there people far worse off than me? What have I got to feel depressed and low about? I feel like I’m being selfish – I should just be grateful for what I’ve got and get a grip. I don’t deserve to spend this time on me.

The answer to all of these lies in the belief that when you are feeling good about yourself, you’re able to function better in all areas of your life. So you’ll be a better mum, a better partner, a better employee and a better friend. 

Investing time in your own well-being has a direct (and positive!) impact on you and everyone around you. It improves your life and those of the people you love and work with.  Taking an active decision to work with a well-being or career coach will transform you!

Is there a cancellation policy?

I ask for at least 48hrs notice of a cancellation, otherwise the session may still be charged. Of course all circumstances will be taken into consideration and as much flexibility offered as possible. 

Where are the sessions held?

Sessions will be held over Zoom or in person in East Yorkshire.  Meetings can be held elsewhere in Yorkshire or London by agreement (extra costs may apply).

What do I need for our first session?

Just bring yourself and an open mind! I’ll ask you to complete and send me an initial questionnaire prior to your first appointment. A notepad and paper is often useful too to clarify your thoughts and the ideas we discuss.
